1) Can I also mount the pull-up bar on an exterior wall?
Yes, this is also possible, but the anti-slip rubber covers could become brittle over time in strong sunlight. For this reason, we recommend mounting on an interior wall

2) How thick should the wall be at least?
Since the screws are 80mm long, we recommend a wall with at least 15cm wall thickness.

3) Can a punching bag be mounted there?
Yes, this is possible without any problems! The bar has an extra hook provided for this purpose.
